1. If any problem occurs, then it has to be reported on the same day of delivery
2. Send a complete unboxing video of the package.
3. Request for Return/Refund placed after 24 hours of delivery won’t be accepted.
4. We do not have the facility to exchange the products for change in size, color or preferences. We may have this facility in future and when we do, we will update you.
